Bob developed his expertise in the pressure cooker of everyday operations. He has been successful at keeping the business running at full speed while simultaneously evolving it to achieve a higher level of results required for sustained success.

Bob’s varied career as a leader, consultant, coach, author and educator allows him to apply multiple sets of skills and knowledge to helping business thrive. He has managed in or consulted with organizations ranging in size from a family-owned, 10 person organization to a Fortune 10 company. He taught Organization Leadership to graduate students and has published many articles on leadership and management. He earned an Executive MBA and holds a Professional Coach certification and a Lean 6-Sigma certification.
