Burt Reynolds

Senior Associate

Burt is a Senior Associate at Elite Leadership Solutions. Burt is a seasoned Organization Effectiveness consultant with over twenty five years of field experience both as an internal/external agent of change.

Burt is currently an assistant professor at Southern NH University and an adjunct faculty member at a number of universities & colleges. His expertise is in leveraging human capital, organization development and training initiatives with core business units in order to successfully implement overall business strategy. Burt has successfully applied contemporary human resource/organizational development methodologies and technology changes in a range of businesses and industries, including manufacturing, pulp & paper, high-tech, retail, food processing, financial services, energy and professional services.

A former manager of Change Enablement at Arthur Andersen. Burt has designed and led change management interventions for clients implementing Oracle & SAP technology enhancements. His expertise in executive coaching & mentoring supports line mangers in aligning their organization structures, work flows, culture and human capital for competitive advantage. Efficiency and effectiveness impact bottom line results and are enhanced by organization alignment of all key processes.

Burt’s work is based on a fundamental premise that he is committed to being a strategic catalyst in creating organizations that provide dignity and meaning to all key stakeholders.

Burt has a doctorate degree in Human Resource Education from Boston University School of Education. Burt received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Organization Development and Bachelors from Golden Gate University.
